These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mrmanager.me and all affiliated tools hosted on subdomains of mrmanager.me (collectively, the "Services"), operated by "MrManager" ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.

Services Covered

These Terms apply to:

  • mrmanager.me — our central website and tool directory
  • All tools hosted on subdomains of mrmanager.me, including but not limited to PassCrates, CalcVerse, PassCrates, PassCrates
  • Any future tools launched under the mrmanager.me domain

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, other accounts, or computer systems

  • You acknowledge that the output of our tools (calculations, generated passwords, conversions) should be verified independently for critical applications
  • You are responsible for providing accurate information when subscribing to our newsletter

Account and Authentication

  • Our public tools do not require account creation
  • Newsletter subscription requires a valid email address and confirmation via double opt-in
  • Administrative access to our platform is restricted to authorized personnel

Intellectual Property

Our Content

The Services, including but not limited to the website design, source code, graphics, logos, text, and the MrManager brand, are the intellectual property of "MrManager" and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your Content

  • Poll votes and newsletter subscriptions do not constitute content creation
  • We do not claim ownership of any data you generate using our tools (calculations, passwords, etc.)
  • Tool outputs are generated client-side where possible and are not stored by us

Open Source

Some of our tools may incorporate open-source software. Such software is governed by its respective open-source license, and nothing in these Terms restricts your rights under those licenses.

Service Availability

  • Our Services are provided free of charge and on an "as is" and "as available" basis
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or error-free operation of the Services
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time without prior notice
  • We may add or remove tools from the platform at our discretion
