This Privacy Policy describes how "MrManager" ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website at mrmanager.me and any affiliated tools hosted on subdomains of mrmanager.me (collectively, the "Services").

• All tools hosted on subdomains of mrmanager.me, including but not limited to PassCrates, CalcVerse, PassCrates, PassCrates

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

• Email address — if you subscribe to our newsletter. We use this solely to send you notifications about new tool launches and important updates.

• Poll votes — if you participate in our community polls. Votes are associated with a randomly generated browser token, not your identity.

Information Collected Automatically

• IP address hash — we store a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address for rate limiting and abuse prevention. We do not store your actual IP address.

• Browser token — a randomly generated identifier stored in your browser to prevent duplicate poll votes. This is not used for tracking across sites.

Analytics

Some of our tools use Google Analytics to understand general usage patterns such as page views, popular features, and device types. Google Analytics may set cookies and collect information according to Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Our central website (mrmanager.me) does not currently use any third-party analytics.

Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not require account creation or login for any public-facing tool

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties

• We do not use advertising networks or serve ads

• We do not use tracking cookies for cross-site profiling

• We do not collect payment information (all tools are free)

• Local storage — we use browser local storage for theme preferences and poll vote tokens. This data stays on your device.

We do not use any advertising, social media, or cross-site tracking cookies.

Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

• All data transmitted via HTTPS/TLS encryption

• Database access controlled through row-level security policies

• IP addresses stored only as irreversible cryptographic hashes

• Service credentials stored as environment variables, never in code

• Regular security reviews of our infrastructure

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
